I am tired of going through those tedious and time—consuming online job applications, I invest a large amount of time in them and in most of my applications I even dont get any reponse from the employer. If I am lucky I get a response like "in this occasion we decided to pursue other candidates" or "we regret to inform you have been unsuccessful" but no reason at all why I was unsuccessful, they always say "we have several candidates and we cant give explanations". Sometimes I get ridiculous replies, I remember when I applied for an internship an I was rejected because I didnt have enough experience while I have close to 2 years of relevant experience. There is nothing worse than being rejected by a computer.
If you're using a mobile phone, check only for the "easy apply" jobs. You can save the resume on your computer and send out dozens of applications in a few minutes this way.

I got a job through Indeed. The salary sucks but I'm going to keep looking for something better.

Check your resume, use linkedin and get some career advice

My company has an employer account with Indeed. And my last hire was through them. I'm also looking to fill a position now using Indeed.

I got my past 2 jobs with indeed.com...it absolutely works. Avoid head hunters and staffing agencies...those jobs are fake (in my opinion)
