I am looking at buying house in Frisco TX and all my selections have already been sold already so I am only left with limited choices left. All the good choices are taken in 1-2 weeks but I still have to close on my house first so I am not able to put any money to hold the house. Also I have some cash coming in but it won't be until end of this month in March at the earliest. So as we wait all the good houses in Frisco are snapped up in this crazy market.

So here are my choices left now:
There is a house on south west corner of Main and Main street. American Legend Home. I think the house is nice, except that right behind the backyard, there is a trailer houses lot and some empty land with some cows and junk yard type of store. The neighborhood is the Stonewater Estates. The school that it feeds into are great: Sparks Elementary, Pioneer Heritage Middle and then Reedy or Wakeland for High School. Besides that negative factor, I feel Like Main Street is where all the actions are in Frisco with all the ammenities. Isn't it?

Then there is a house in Coppell TX that we liked except that the backyard of the house is the highway 121. Its the Westhaven house Standard Pacific Homes.
Whenever I stop by there to get a feel of the house, you can hear the constant wishing by of the cars.
Also I don't like the 2 single car garages that these homes have. Space is so tight for my Acura MDX.
Coppell is known for their good school and the commute is great but I have to deal with the highway noise and the air polution, also the garage is too small.

Then the last choice is house in McKinney but Frisco ISD. Comstock Elementary, Scoggins Middle and Independence High School or the Heritage High School.
This community is the Stone Hollow Community. The house is big and beautiful. The school seems to have good rating. But it's bordered by a huge water tower in the north and a huge power pole in the south. The firehouse is very close by. The rest of the area seems to be barren lands with nothing around. I am not sure how long it will take for this area to be developed.

Any suggestions or thoughts or recommendations? Which one would you give up or sacrifice?
