The first five jobs on one page of the Los Angeles Craigslist job board. The old Righteous Brothers song comes to mind "For once in my life, let me get what I want, girl don't let me down! For once in my life, let me hold on to, a good thing I've found!"

It's not hard to see why so many people would rather live on government support than demean themselves to this extent to work almost for free, after taxes. You know your life is over when these are your options.

You don't depend on one website for jobs when looking for a job. Try looking at Idealist.org or research some local websites in your area

Yeah, Craigslist is honestly the last place I'd look for legitimate work. Although I do know someone who got into voiceover work through Craigslist.

"Corporate America" don't tend to use craigslist.

Very very few.
You're looking on the wrong job board.

Most respectable companies use Indeed or LinkedIn.

I don't trust Craigslist. Too many scams and weirdos.
