what is the most professional presentation/way of submitting your resume/application/cover letter if you're not sending them in electronically (like say through handing them in person or through mail)? i'm so out of the loop since i haven't been on a job hunt since late 2009, and now i'm trying to look for per diem jobs.
when you're applying for per diem jobs, is a cover letter still needed? what would be key items or key words to include in the cover letter for a per diem application?
