those job fair "hire on the spot" is just a quick way to get applications to them. If they really wanted to hire you the spot ,you would have filled out a w2, get a offer letter and start date on were to meet and greet. I stay away from them honestly, job fairs that is.. Just a shot gun affect to get people in the door to sweet talk you to work for them. Back stab ya later on..
