The timing is so random for job searching. I have been looking for almost 3 months, and recently had 2 companies in the same week act interested and then tell me they were putting the position on hold and they normally don't do that. Well now I have 2 second interviews on the same day, and they both are asking for references! I'm pretty certain I will at least get the offer from one.

Job searching is so random. Another time I had been looking for years, and I had just started at my new job. Well my first week The got the other offer I had always dreamed of. Yes, two offers within 2 weeks after looking for over a year!
