every job fair I've been to has been this exact same thing. I agree with the conensus that is a complete waste of time.

Now might be the time to go. There may not be as many people with a stronger job market. I was actually shocked seeing only a handful of people at the one I went to in the middle of Manhattan. A year of searching ended a week later as a result for me. If the job fair is for one company thats even better.
