I'm really sick of being self employed. How hard would it be to find a IT job if I finish my CIS degree?
It could be easy depending on your skills. What programming language(s) did you use and what was accomplished with it? For an admin job, its the same thing. Look for jobs and read the descriptions. If you say "I can do that", then it should be less hard to find a job than what people are telling you. Age doesn't matter everywhere. Only at some places like IBM will you find severe age discrimination. Places like banks and such that are heavily regulated will absolutely have old timers there. But at 30, you are not too old.

IMO, you should be okay once you get your CIS degree. As a new grad, it might just take hundreds of application and hundreds of rejection. Just don't indicate your cis as 2009 - 2019. Just list the graduation date!
