Well it is the job description, but it also adds four other positions which we downsized and consolidated into one easy position. Sorry we don't mention that but I am sure you don't mind. Yes it may involve the same hours as four or five jobs added into one as well, but it has the same salary as one of those jobs so what wonders that can happen!
Lol!! The rejection I received was that all jobs are routed via a staffing agency. FOr 90 days. And he did not know that? Why invite me to interview then? ( we met at a job fair). Thinking. Ageism
Been through all that ageism thing, unfortunately only thing to do is keep trying or retire. I retired. When I was in my 20's I didn't have this notion that only people of my age have a contribution to make, but it seems to be the attitude at some places today even if they do everything in the world to make sure it does not sound like they believe that.

And you'll be working 80-100 hours a week on salary. Oops, they won't tell you that either
And when the interviewer emailed me an update regarding the PT position...he mentioned that ALL staff start as PT and they hire via a staffing service with a 90 day probation.....ok...then WHY did we have a FTF interview then?
