I am finding problems with Taleo system with some employers in which my professional experience is not saved and since you are forced to input the same keywords that the corresponding list in each field stored in the system in experience field I can't put some employers that are not recognized/present in the system, the same is happening to me with positions.
I have just spent 2 hours figuring out which keywords listed in employers/function or job position are similar or closer to my experience but since I couldn't find them for two positions I gave up and put the same I have in my resume. In addition to filling these fields you are forced to upload your resume, cover letter and other documents/attachments so in theory there are more than enough information about my professional background to check.
However, I found a small amount of companies and job positions to select and I don't know what to do for the next time. What do you usually do to fill all the fields in Taleo systems?
