Director of Paratransit Operations
Midwest transit agency is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and progressive
Director of Paratransit Operations. This executive level position will direct the operational and compliance responsibilities for a fast-paced, multi-faceted paratransit program and call center.
Position requires an extensive knowledge of federal and state paratransit and ADA regulations along with the ability to provide oversight and direction to the organization’s transportation service programs and staff. The successful candidate must have outstanding written, oral, and interpersonal skills along with the ability to work positively with a diverse staff of salaried and unionized employees and a customer base that includes senior and special needs customers. Automatic Fare Collection System Program Director todirect and coordinate the implementation activities associated with the Automatic Fare Collection System (AFCS).
