and what does tuition pay for? an education, the classes she attended. she got an education, she attended those classes, she received a degree. the degree is proof she got what she aid for. no sense at all to sue for the whole amount

you can keep your doom and gloom and bitter views on life. keep blaming everyone else, the colleges, corporate America, the government, God, whoever, for all that ails you. I'm going to do what all the other successful folks do and actually put an effort into succeeding
The point is to hold the institution accountable and set a mandate that this type of BS is longer tolerated.
how about she holds herself accountable for her crap GPA, not putting an effort into her life, and filing a silly lawsuit months after graduation? no one forced her to go to that school. she's BSing herself if she thinks she could have survived w/ that kind of effort
