SSN used 1 times since 05-01-09
Notice: SSN issued 2000
Special Alert ADDRESS DISCREPANCY – Input address does not match on file address"
I am not too sure what that means exactly nor can I recall the event where I filed a different address(I did move to dorm and apartment up till last June, but my permanent address remain the same.)
I did have my credit card info stolen back in May, but it occurred around meddle of May, so I am not too sure if that is what it is referring to.
The company I applied for the job has not contacted me at this point. Is this alert something serious that I should be contacting the company ASAP? Or is this not a big deal and nothing to panic about?

At a minimum, I would try to figure out why there is a discrepancy, and work to get that cleared up so it doesn't happen again.
Could be a zip code and city match. For example, I live in Huntsville and my zip is 35763. Zip 35763 is assigned to Owens Cross Roads (a neighboring town). I get errors on Amazon if I enter 35763 and Huntsville.
