The fastest way to find out would be to input 'NDT'/'Nondestructive Testing' and city/state into the job boards like Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and see if any jobs pop up.


This is not foolproof but usually works.

That sounds like a rather specific job classification.
Are you also looking for the (100? 500?) other technical and scientific jobs that you could also do there?

Employers discriminate against out of state candidates, so you're at a disadvantage.

I disagree but that's okay. My last 5 job offers have been out of state and they were happy to have me.

I have to agree, applied for a state job in a different county and still rejected due to my location lol

You're probably a software developer. They're an exception to this rule. The other exception is out of contry H1B.
