I really agree on Craigslist being the best. Craigslist is awesome. I had a second interview for a job off craigslist on wednesday. If I get it I can say I got my house, my car, most of my furninature, applicances, electronics, clothes AND my job off craigslist. lol

No specific one. Call prospective employers, drive around a business park, apply through their sites directly, call up hiring managers, etc. But skip applying via the major sites like monster,careerbuilder,hotjob. Use the ads as leads to apply directly.

I use MilwaukeeJobs and Craigslist, in addition to individual company websites.

I'm surprised at the success I've had through Craigslist particularly, where there are so many scammers. Once you learn to spot the fake ones, it's refreshing to see many real companies posting advertisements.

Another way I have learned to help spot scammers on craigslist is the time they post! Scammers post at nite usually, the "real" jobs are usually posted during business hours or right after.
