I've seen some posts from people who claim that Jews who observe the Talmud are not "real" Jews. Who came up with this stuff?

I've never heard of the term "Talmud Jew," nor have I heard the accusation you are making.

State your purpose for this thread, please. And then we'll decide if we need to come to your house and destroy all your flower beds.

Some anti-Semites misquote parts of the Talmud to make it seem like Jews hate Christians.

I guess I answered my own question.

I think you miss-typed and meant:

I've seen some posts from people who claim that Jews who don't observe the Talmud are not "real" Jews. We have a minor few on this sub-forum who've stated this. As quoted by one on them: The Torah is "worthless" without the Talmud and also stated that those who are not 100% Torah Observant are not Jews.

I said this, and it's entirely true: The Torah is "worthless" without the Talmud

That's normative Jewish thought, and to think otherwise puts oneself outside the boundaries of normative Judaism.

As for this quote, I suspect you've entirely made up that somebody said this: those who are not 100% Torah Observant are not Jews.

I can assure you, that anybody who says that is also outside the boundaries of normative Judaism.

Now stop trying to rebel-rouse with your made up quotes. It's not appreciated.

I've seen anti-semitic websites that attempt to discredit the Jews using this tactic. The words are being taken entirely out of context when they do so.

You've called Zionists "Soulless Atheists". What do you think this meant to every person you labeled OTD?

My own parents are Zionists. And I assure you they are still Jews. You're reading into things that reflect your own insecurities. Now please get back to davening for my soul.
