The fast begins at 5:51 am local time for me tomorrow. I'm not able to eat or drink in the morning without getting nauseous, so I'm about to take my last sips of water until 8:20 pm tomorrow. That will make this a roughly 21 hour fast for me. I think for those of us Jews who fast the proscribed 7 times a year, fasting becomes much easier (than when I used to fast only on YK). One has to get into "fasting shape," and then it gets much easier.

Wishing all my fellow CD posters an easy and meaningful fast on Sunday.
