What is meant by post-exile Jew? Is it Jews after the exile? If so, when was the exile, and what is the difference in their religion after the exile? Thanks
There is no such thing. We Jews consider ourselves to still be in exile. Until moschiach sets up a Torah based government run by the Sanhedrin with a third temple sitting on the Temple Mount (where currently two mosques sit), we are still in exile.
Could you be a bit more specific? Jews have been exiled from many places throughout history.
The Babylonian exile starting in 586 BCE.
The Roman exile in 135 CE.
The exile from Britian in 1290, from France in 1396, Austria in 1421, Spain in 1492. General Ulysses S. Grant even exiled Jews from parts of the US during the Civil War.
I assume you mean either the Babylonian or Roman exile, but without context we can't really give you an effective answer.
