According to Judaism; what will happen to non-Jews and non-practicing Jews after death? Do Jews believe in hellfire?
I know heaven exist, but what about hell?
One of the thirteen pillars of the Jewish faith is the belief in just reward and punishment after death. Hell exists, but not in the Christian sense. It's a temporary cleansing process that souls pass through before going on to Gan Eden.
Both Jews and non-Jews will account for everything they ever did on this world and reward and punishment will be meted out by G-d.

Per Judaism there is no Heaven or Hell. All creatures from the planet will go to purgatory and be cleansed over an 11 month period. How much cleansing depends on their action on earth in relation to what we call the 613 Mitzvot. If one is really bad then they get an extra month in the rinse cycle. After that they go to the next level of existence (there is no hanging out and watching over us) whatever that may be.
FYI
When mention is made of "saying Kaddish", this unambiguously refers to the rituals of mourning. Mourners say Kaddish to show that despite the loss they still praise God.
But according to Judaism, will Christians and Muslims go to heaven?
There are only two categories of people. Jews and non-Jews. Jews don't automatically get a pass for being Jewish, but will have to account for their adherence to Judaism and its obligations. Non-Jews will account for the 7 noachide laws. Righteous gentiles also have a place in the world to come. So the question is if followers of Islam or Christianity fall under the 7 noachide laws. Islam, in its purest form, does. Christianity is debatable, as it smacks of idolatry.
Please note: This does not mean that Muslims and Christians are considered righteous gentiles by virtue of their religion. It just means that one can be a Muslim and perhaps a Christian (according to some opinions) and still be a Noachide. It boils down to the individual's adherence to Noachide laws. A Muslim chopping off somebody's head is not a righteous gentile, even if he prays to Allah 5 times a day.

Christians do not worship idols. They worship God alone. Just because they have religious symbols and statues does not mean they worship idols; just like Jews do not worship the wall of Jerusalem when they pray nor when Muslims bow down on a carpet.

Christians worship Jesus who was an ordinary Jewish man and Christians make/have statues in his likeness which according to Jewish law are idols.

Worshiping a dead man is worshiping an idol. However, for non-Jews Christianity could be considered shutuf, which is another concept entirely. Maybe somebody else can chime in, because I'm really uninterested in discussing christianity. Islam, on the other hand, does not consider Muhammed a deity.

I'm sure what is meant by idolatry is that Christians today either believe that Yeshua is part of a tri-une god or He is G-d in the flesh...From what I have read, the early church did not believe neither of these...
