For the Datim(Religous Jews) on here and even secular Jews have you in real life actually met or known a non-Jew to identify as a Noachide?

Just curious?

Yes. A Noachide family attends our synagogue fairly often (they live some distance from us). I believe that they were associated with such a group in Texas, but I may be confusing them with friends of theirs who are perhaps Noachides. Their are probably a few of them within fifty miles of our shul. Some of their offspring are well into the process of converting (to Judaism) k'halachah. The first family mentioned, BTW, is a major supporter of a frum institution in Eretz Yisroel.

At any rate, there are apparently some organized groups of Bnei Noach which are (part time) advised, or at least visited, by an orthodox rabbi.

No. I knew one online.

Does a non-Jew need to identify as a Noahide to be righteous and have a share in olam haba?

He doesn't need to call himself a Noachide, per se, but when he follows the laws he must do so because G-d commanded him to do so, not because it's the right thing to do or because it makes sense to him.

No-ach-ide. Like how you pronounce Noach's name, with an ide (נח).

It's not a Jew. It's a righteous goy who follows the 7 Noahide laws.

I knew of a few online. They were very nice, but they seemed to want to talk me out of converting to Judaism, at least the 2-3 I knew did.

So all those people that have never heard of Judaism, but follow the Noachide laws for some moral reason are just sh*t out of luck?

Now I recall of "knowing of" some that went to a "certain" congregation, or heard about. Definitely FlipFlop they were not of the faith~!
