I'm pretty sure it's a joke, but would you use this app if it existed? It would allow you to use your phone to text and talk and browse the Internet on Shabbat without breaking any of the 39 work prohibitions. The website link describes how the app doesn't break Jewish law.
Checking my phone now and there is such a thing~! There are many free apps too for the Shabbat, including a calendar and clock...at least on my smartphone.
