Tzarich Iyun are Hebrew words (צריך עיון). Tzarich means "Requires" and "Iyun" basically means "Investigation".

How interesting a similarity. I mean - sure. It's just that English spells царь as tzar. Then Prince is царевич or tzarevich. Hope you see a similarity.
