I'm doing some quilting, the first time in a year or so. Been working hard on this dissertation; it'll be great to have a day off. Tonight we got out the dreidels and played a bit.
We're dropping son #2 at the airport so he can visit friends back in NC over the school break, and then the wife and I are going into Manhattan. We'll see some friends, walk the city a bit, do some of the "tourist" things we haven't been able to do since moving here.
I plan to daven in a minyan 3 times, spend an hour learning Moed Katan with the Rav (Daf Hayomi shiur). Help my wife prepare for Shabbos. Thank G-d I'm a Yid.
And last night on nittal nacht, we did learn Gamara. By the Litvish, we still learn on nittal nacht.
