There are just way too many malls around here. We had malls in Chicago, but nothing like this, especially strip malls. OMG, they're everywhere, and so many are like ghost towns. Yet they are still being built! The population density of the KC Metro can't possibly support all the malls, especially in a down economy. My ideal situation would be to live in a city where there were two or three large malls, with mixed-purposed neighborhoods, where I could walk to shopping, like Brookside or even downtown Overland Park. I am so malled out I can't stand it anymore.
