I honestly don't see a problem with us though. I mean we are just looking for a little fun for an hour in a new city 1,000 miles away from our home. It's not like we do this every year. Last time I trick-or-treated was 6th grade, probably 15 years ago.
If I did the math right, you're going to be 27 years old and trick or treating. Probably festooned in Bills regalia, to boot.

Yeah, that's going to go over big.

Well we most likely won't go trick-or-treating. Talking it over with my fiance, she doesn't really care to go. We will still be in costumes at the game though as I imagine many fans will be. I think we will check out one of the haunted houses. Looks like KC is famous for some pretty good ones. My brothers only 20 so the bar scene is out of the question. Do you guys know of some good pizza places where we can also catch a good basketball game on a nice TV? Preferably near downtown.

Minsky's in the River Market Downtown is a perfect place. It's a giant sports bar, lots of big screen tvs (huge wall of them that everybody can see) and very good KC style pizza. Gotta try their BBQ Chicken!

A. Will people really be in costumes at the Chiefs game on Halloween?

B. I second Minsky's heartily. I think their pizza is solid, though not my absolute favorite, but the River Market location's sports bar atmosphere is exactly what you're looking for.

C. Seriously, can it be time to retire the word ghetto? So. Over. It.

FYI, the Minsky's River Market Location is also one of the locations where Nebraska Cornhusker fans go to watch games.

10% of fans are usually in some sort of face paint/costume even at regular games. So i would guess a few more would be in costumes for a game actually on halloween.

Dressing up like a crazy Chiefs fan when you're a crazy Chiefs fan isn't really a costume.

I'm just imagining you as a vampire, your FI as a slutty nurse and your brother as Don Draper at a football game. It's a pretty funny image, actually.
