Steam cleaners are kind of out-of-vogue these days. Most pressure washers will do just about as good a job, especially if you pre-treat the dirty areas with a good cleaner, such as Simple Green. Be aware that you're going to make a mess underneath the car regardless of the method you use. Some car washes don't appreciate that. You might be better off finding a friend with a pressure washer or rent one.

edit: Just thought about Blue Beacon truck washes. There used to be one by the KW dealer off of Front Street & 435. They might be able to do what you want. Or you could contact the big truck dealers like Midway Ford and Midwest KW, they might do it, too.

2 questions:
1) What would you recommend for getting rid of manure (or worse)?
.....I drove through a 12 foot puddle of something that looked like mud, but wasn't.... I went through an automatic car wash with a feature called "bottom blast" twice, and no cigar. The undercarriage still smells.
2) I heard that Simple Green can be erosive to some metals. Is it recommendable to put in under the car? If so how do you apply it?

You just need to go drive in the rain for awhile, like maybe 20 miles or so. There's no way you're going to get all that out with a washer. It's in crevices that only another "drive-thru" will get.
