Ive been doing my research of downtown (freeway loop) and River Marker apartments and lofts and have come up with a list of 5 that I think would be worth exploring. Can anyone give me any advise as to weather these are good or bad places to live either from experience or having friends there? Specifically management, parking, amenities, facilities, etc.

Here's what I came up with:
Wallstreet Towers
Opera House Apartments Lofts
Old Townley Lofts
Richards & Conover Lofts
West Seven Street Lofts

Any help would be great!

BTW the title should say "Apartment Quality Advise"

i would go with the Old Towney Lofts or the Richards and Conover Lofts. I would just rather be in the Rivermarket, better parking, good restaurants and it's generally a little safer and you won't have to deal with all the Bridge and Tunnel folks on the weekend hanging out at power and light or sprint center
