OP brings in a "NEW" company to the metro and up to 500 high tech jobs. This is something OP, JoCo and KS should be proud of (rather than using tens of millions of dollars to poach kcmo companies). KS is giving 23 million in incentives, but it's to bring in new jobs to the metro.

And it gets even better. Rather than build a new box in some office park in some farm field, they plan to renovate a 1970's era building!

This is great for KC!
