KC (and STL) came in top 25 for younger adults with bachelors or higher. If including only 'major' metros, KC comes in about top 20. Another list ranked KC about 12th when including entire adult population.

Boston leads the U.S. in education levels for young adults - The Business Journals

Major metros not in top 25 seem to be partly due to being high immigration, rust belt with fewer white collar jobs or very 'red' metros.

The KC metro area has a high density of colleges and universities within a daily commutable distance.
