i did see hammerpress on yelp which i planned on checking out, as well as seeing the cowtown mallroom which i saw mixed reviews on. is there any actual flea market there on the weekends or is it moreso antique/consignment shops that are open daily?

when i say there i mean in kcmo in general, not solely cowtown (although my saturday morning will probably be spent in that neck of the woods, sunday isn't spoken for yet)!

There is a place called Super Flea, it's in this huge building. It kind of sucks though, it's mainly just junk, knock off tommy hilfiger kind of crap, boot leg videos, fake sports jersey, bulk tolietries, bongs, weapons, household items. Its kind of fun to just people watch at that place

Is there ANYWHERE I can stay without the threat of getting stabbed, mugged, solicited by hookers or drug dealers for under $200? Literally every review on every site is a horror story. Any insight, homers? My brother and I don't mind spending like $100-125 a night if we are going to go home with the electronics we are going there with, but every hotel sounds like a crack den.

^Where are you looking? Anything Downtown, Crown Center, on the Plaza or in Westport will be perfectly safe. Anyone who says otherwise is being ridiculous.

Bid on Priceline naming your own price, you can get the hotel phillips or something in the plaza for like 60 a night. Bid 4 star downtown or crown center and you should easily be able to get something

my brother did the booking for the hotel, and nabbed courtyard kansas city south on e 105, seems pretty separated from the attractions, but is that a decent area? i was trying to get a place in crown plaza but i guess this was most compatible with reviews idk.
