Ok, wanting to distance yourself from any major Interstate is quite common and understandable. But every large metro area has busy and noisy freeways - some much worse than I-435. And, as in other metros, most Johnson County residents do not live close enough to I-435 for it to be a noise factor. Those who do, as in other metros, have typically made a decision to trade lower db levels for lower monthly rent.

No one stated that 435 isn't noisy, but rather that it's no more an issue compared to other large metros than having to mow your lawn regularly because the grass grows.
