Argentine residents ready to unveil a new library - KansasCity.com
This is a great new centerpiece for Argentine, which was once an independent suburban town, as it's right in the center of the original downtown/main street area that is in need of renovation. The library has been rebranded the "South Branch", as a way to signal that it is for the entire southern part of Kansas City, KS. The article fails to mention this, but Argentine is largely Hispanic and the directories and wayfinding throughout the facility are in Spanish in addition to English.
