I've had both gas and electric, and it's been comparable. My current place prorates, due to it being vintage with a shared boiler. I'm curious to see how things go this winter (my first in the place) because the windows could be in better shape. But so far, it's been retaining warmth well, even when the temp has dipped. And it's small enough and configured in a pretty efficient way. Will be interesting to see what happens when it gets actually wintry, though. My favorite thing about my place is free offstreet parking, which is pretty much unheard of when directly on the Plaza.
