Liberty does seem Clickish, but most of the area people think of when they say Liberty is not even Liberty now. I don't areas west of don't seem to be as clickish, but I could be wrong, I have not spent a great deal of time there.

Yeah that's kind of how my hubby feels about it. Just thinks It's weird and does NOT want to live there for the next 20-30 years lol

I wonder if the thing people notice about Libery has to do with the fact that city has a LONG history that is independent of Kansas City.

What about Parkville area? I don't know what it's like now, but I was born in Smithville and lived there my first years of life - up to age 4 or so, not in town but outside of town on some land. I remember playing outside and hearing/seeing the planes going to/from the airport. To this day the sound of an airplane overhead takes me back to summer days playing outside. We have a friend who lives in Parkville and planes are also coming and going where they live, and they live in a subdivision but with tracts of land large enough that it's not all lit up and you can see the stars.

Default Update?

Hi there! I could have written your post regarding everything you're looking for in a town. My husband just got a job in MO so we considering a move from the Kansas side. Just curious if you have moved and settled in somewhere?? I'd love to know where you decided and how you're liking it!

Thanks so much!!
Alicia
