If your are buying, look at Red Bridge Road, between Hwy. 71 and Holmes. Nice neighborhoods, homes undervalued, easy commute. Be aware that Kansas City, MO residents pay a 1% income tax. Jackson County has a personal property tax on your vehicle so expect to pay several hundred dollars per year on your car, boat, or motorcycle.
