My son is headed to a new job in Overland Park and has no idea where he should begin to look for an apartment. He would like to be close to younger people and activities. Can anyone help on where to begin to look? Is there someone he can contact? It is hard to narrow down when you look on line.

River market in kc,mo would probably be the best place. Also plaza, Westport, Union hill, crossroads etc. All in urban KC,MO. Reverse commute wouldn't be bad.

The Town Center area (119th and Roe/Nall) has some nice apartments/ condos. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Another nice, fun area with lots of shopping, restaurants and grocery stores is on 135th Street between Metcalf and Nall.
