I just saw your post, so I hope you see it. I highly recommend Dr. Nancy Miller. She is affiliated with St. Lukes Hospital - Barry Road, and her office is in the building next door to the hospital. This would be in the I-29/Barry Road area north of the river, and not all that far from Parkville.
