We are supposed to use descriptive titles. Purpose of the thread was to stimulate conversation. Old luzzie accused me in the past of having a financial interest a few years back when i started a thread about the Rural Section 8 Program.

I sure don't remember that i'm not sure what it would have to do with this thread anyway. And not sure what this whole thread is supposed to accomplish anyway. The thread and this and prior comments are all kind of bizarre. You think an arrest was made as a result of this thread? Just bizarre.
