^^Then we're in complete agreement. I've seen so many Chicago families live in Schaumburg or similar and pay a half a million dollars for a totally bland house, and I've never thought that was a very good deal. Chicago is special and awesome and living there, if you can pull it off, is totally worth the added costs, but suburbs are suburbs are suburbs, and were I to live in one, I'd much prefer it be something less expensive.

At least then you could get a regular vacation out of there!
