I ride this trail all the time on my bike from Lamar/105th area trailhead to Blue River. I haven't come across anything fishy. Hopefully they have patrols on it now.

I lived along Indian Creek Trail for a few months myself a couple years back. Always felt unsafe walking, was just my upbringing I guess as trail was overgrown to 6 ft tall grasses. I always felt better walking the sidewalk unless in a group....

But KC has had more than one COUPLE found dead along the trail system and was not suicide nor a mugging. So, MEETUP.COM has several walking/hiking/biking/paddle groups who use the trails/lakes together. Is really low cost and very nice people...I would make use of this great asset. Website has lots of neat groups who get together to travel or go to events too...plus business networking and dating groups. Loved the social stuff I found there while I lived in KC.

Wow. If there was ever justification for the death penalty, this would be one.

Wow -- this guy reported these handguns -- same caliber for each Indian Creek murder -- missing ("stolen") after each homicide. How was he not already under surveillance?

The victim from the bus, RIP, and Scott's littering habit is how they identified the serial killer.

wow - that's a cold-hearted set of stories. A real human hunting machine. Good thing he was careless enough to leave behind all that video and dna evidence.
