Independence Missouri Black History
Hello everyone, I am new to this,
 but I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about an old African American community once located in the White Oak area of Independence, Missouri around 1920?  I relize it may be before your time, but I hoped to gain some (any) information about the topic for my college final. Please help.
