How many homicides have occured in KC,MO and KC Kansas this year?

I don't know for this year, but in 2006 KCMO had 126 and KCKS had 30. Both had were in the Top 10 highest for murder rate.

I guess KC,MO is at (35) now. I am not sure how this compares with last year at this time.

Kansas City, MO, itself averages around 90-100 per year. A few years ago, when we had 128 or so, it was found that 85% of the homicides were drug-related.
