Did you mean Caroll County???? I live in Carrollton, in Carroll county.........and I would not recommend it. Jobs are not good, and the people are nice enough, but phoney. If you are not 'born and bred' or family of those from the area, you can pretty much forget it. We are looking to move right now in Richmond........a bit better (in Ray County) and more shopping areas, but not much better for employment. If you are retired, well, it would not much matter to you for employment though. I hope that helped....God bless you.

Hmm... I like Carrollton alot. The people here arn't phoney and it is a nice place to live. Many new jobs are opening up and although there isn't that much to do here, you can always find something. Carrollton is a very political town though, but you don't have to be rich or well-known to love this town. I would suggest living here, but that's just me.
