Rentals in North Suburbs
I'll be moving to the Kansas City area in a couple weeks to start my first job after college, working a little off I-35 just south of the river (I think it's the Quality Hill neighborhood if I've done my research correctly). I'm looking for suggestions on places to rent in the northern suburbs, possibly Gladstone or Liberty (but will take other suggestions). What I'm looking for: * Safe neighborhood for a single female * 1 or 2 bedroom apartment, trying to keep my rent below $700 * Clean (no bugs/rodents/etc) * Laundry facilities on-site or nearby * Allows pets would be a plus, but not required Any suggestions on rental properties/apartment complexes/rental companies to call/etc. would be appreciated!
