Default desparately need good chiropractor - north KC

Hi ya'll. My fiance has been in awful pain all week with his back. We are living in the area working at ft leavenworth for a while...

Does anybody know a good chiropractor in the area. we are off barry road near zona rosa.

He is 6'5, 270, so recommending a petite female chiropractor probably wouldn't be much help!

Thanks so much!

Hi, I think today may be your lucky day I just moved away from KC but when I was there i had lower back issues and the chiripractor i visited for about 2 weeks was very good. Luckily for you he is in North KC. His name is Dr Truong Pham and is located at 2014 Swift Ave in North KC. 816-221-PHAM. Email is Drtpham@yahoo.com. He is not the largest guy but he should be plenty strong enough to handle your fiance. Tell him Ryan S recommended you I was in there last month.

Has he considered looking for a DO that practices manipulation? The problem may or may not be localized to his back, and DO's are licensed physicians qualified to treat the entire body.

thanks for your replies. Turned out he needed an steroid epidural from the pain clinic and that fixed him up good so far.

My wife got those and they only work temporarily and the pain comes back. She uses Dr. Steven Timmer in Liberty, MO and he has done wonders for her chronic back pain. I strongly recommend him.

Was just about to say the same thing. Glad the shots worked, but I'm afraid they will be just a temporary fix, and are likely just masking the true problem.
