Default Are there other cable companies in the northland besides Time Warner?

Around the parkville area. I prefer cable so I can have a cable modem so I wouldn't really want Direct TV or Dish Network. Thanks.

catzkc is on a distinguished road
I love to know to! I also prefer cable to satellite, so when I moved into the Parkville area in April I went with Time Warner. I've had to call them twice so far for problems, and their customer service stinks! And I mean it's the worst I've ever experienced from any company! When my contract is up I'm switching - even if I have to go with the satellite!

I didn't do anything with a contract when we signed up. I signed up for a 6 month promotional deal. Cable and Internet for $60 a month. The 6 months just ended. It jumped to $133 a month!!!! Ridiculous.

My wife called from work and said Comcast was up here. Im going to check them out.

Nevermind. I guess Comcast isn't here. I called and they said they aren't.

I guess it's over to Direct TV or Dish Network for me.

I don't live in the northland area, am south of the River, but we have Dish through AT&T, along with AT&T internet service. One bill for 3 services phone, satellite, internet it is approximately $150 a month. Just for basic cable and internet through Comcast it was $150 and their customer service is the absolute worst!!

AT&T U-Verse is becoming available block by block in the Northland. It is cable TV and internet service that comes through fiber optic lines and it is fantastic! It makes TW service look amateur in every way possible.
