Default New private pool in Olathe/OP area

Hi!

We are looking to relocate to the South Overland Park/Olathe area, thinking easy access to 69, from Northwest Arkansas (for the kids). Does anyone know why its so hard to find newer homes priced around 200,000 to 400,000 with an in ground pool already in place? Are the POA's that restrictive, the houses to close together, backyards too small.... you'd think for that price you could find a nice 3/2/2 and pool, no problem.

Thanks,
Carmen

PS-- I understand these are Kansas cities. I thought maybe someone could help me here. Besides, I can't delete it now. Sorry.

It is amazing isn't it. In those communities new lots can run upward of $150K. However, there are areas within Kansas City that you may be able to find what you are looking for. If you are interested I can put you in contact with someone that can help.
