Not sure what you are asking. What the buildings are or what part of town it is?

The photo is of the plaza area (south of brush creek) with the historic walnuts condo towers and the newer kirkwood development.

@GraniteStater

But I like it that way.

Kansas City does a wonderful job at preserving history. The building in which I live is 108 years old, and was first constructed as a bank in the Financial District. It now has 48 residential units. This kind of restoration is going on all over the city.

Why of course! It's not a great photo, but it's recent.

It really is beautiful....the best angle of the city is from across the Kansas side, in KCK.

It's a neat view, but the view from KS makes KC look very small because you can't see so many of the buildings. KC looks larger from the north and south.

Everytime I visit a city with a split skyline, I imagine playing Superman, and plucking them out of the ground and moving them to the downtown area.

I would love to play Superman in Houston, remove all those Galleria bldg's and move them downtown and have one spectacular skyline, a more dynamic city.
In the Twin Cities, I'd move all the building from St. Paul to Minneapolis, and I'd move all the buildings from Fort Worth to Dallas.

Can I come to Kansas City, some day, and play Superman and make your skyline even better?
