Question Subdivision: Park Royal North

I am looking to relocate from Michigan but have family in Kansas City to look at houses.

Specifically, I am considering a house on N. Euclid Avenue in the Park Royal North subdivision. I am looking to find out any information that I can concerning the area to include info such as the quality of the neighborhood, school district (I have a 4 year old), crime, access to conveniences, ie shopping, market, freeways, public transportation, etc.

Also, I am a minority. I definitely would like to know the racial make-up of the community.

If not this area, what area would you recommend? For me, I MUST move to an area in which the neighborhood and school district possesses a good, racial mix. The overall qualilty of the neighborhood in terms of how it is kept, level of crime, convenience to shopping, etc. is also very important.

Thank you in advance for any information that you can provide!
