Default Where to ride a 4 wheeler

So my little boy has a small 4 wheeler and no where to ride it. Does anyone know of local areas (KC metro) to ride. We need nothing crazy just somewhere where it is okay to ride.

Thanks everyone.
Jen

I am not a fan of ATVs, but you can look at any local city website to see if ATV trails exist within your area. Most park areas are bicycle and hiker friendly and do not at all like people riding ATVs through public use trails because they tear them up very quickly.

There will be an area near the airport that will be opening sometime in the near future.

I LOVE ATV's and have a few scars for memories sake!!

Out side of KC, you have Finger Lakes SP near Columbia, St. Joe SP in Farmington and a few places in the National Forests down south.

I respect your liking of ATVs, but have seen the damage they have caused to trails in the park system and even in the more remote national forest areas. Having a separate ATV park near the airport and developing specific trail systems for ATVs only would be a good idea.
